in the Serpentine River in Hyde Park
upon which he went there, and a Man
gave him Cloaths (which he found upon
the shore, and apprehended they belonged
to a Man that was Drowned in the
River and that he had taken half a
Crown [..] a Penny out of the Pockets, Says that
he likewise saw an old Woman there
who informed him that she saw the
Man go into the River at the Head
of the River on that side next Kensington
and that she very soon last sight of
him, says that he carried the Cloaths
home and when he returned found the
Deced was taken out of the River, and
Dept. afterwards had the Body carried to
the Watch house, and Dept. observed no
Marks of violence upon the Deced.
