Hospital in the Parish of St. George Hanover
Square Westmr. on her Oath saith That on
the 12th. day of this Instant March Henry
Snow
< no role > the Deced was brought to said
Hospital as an Accident, complaining
of being hurt in his Back by falling that
day off a Scaffold at the House of Mr.
Church at East Acton in the County of
Middlesex , Saying that he was standing
upon a Scaffold on the outside, that
something gave way, and his Head
being Giddy, he fell down and receive
the hurt in his Back., and Dept.
says that the Deced died this Morning
in the said Hospital
