so disguised but what she could walk by her left, Deponent
saw the Deceased yesterday about five o' Clock in the Afternoon
at the Door of the Fleece Ale house in Union Street , but he
did not speak to her or she to him, Says she appeared
to look very sedate and solid, Says she used rather to be
of a chearfull Disposition.

Victualler on his Oath saith That the Deced was at his House
Yesterday about Ten o' Clock in the Morning, she appeared at
that time greatly Distressed and seemed in great perturbation
of MindAbout Four o' Clock in the afternoon of the same
Day she came to Deponent's House again and continued
there till about Eight, Deced desired Deponent to look
at th Clock, he told her it was twenty Minutes after
Seven, she then said she was waiting for her Son, From
the Hour of Four to Eight she drank two Penny worths of
Beer and one penny worth of Gin, her Son did not come
Deponent says Deceased sat quite pensive while she was
in his House, Deponent says that for several Days this week she

she has called at his House and he has observed that she has
been more serious and melancholly than usual, Deponent
Says that the Deceased's Son was at his House on Tuesday
Night last when the Deceased was there and treated her
with a Pint of Beer, and that after her Son was gone, she
said to Deponent and his Wife, this is very rare and
unexpected.

John Fenwick< no role > of Westminster Horse ferry Waterman , on
his Oath saith That on Tuesday last after three o' Clock in
the afternoon he went into the Fleece Alehouse in Union
Street Westmr. to Enquire for a Person, and in coming out, his
Mother the Deced called to him and said Jack are you going
to have any Beer, he said he would and they both drank
together, and he left her some Beer in the Pot and then said
he was in a hurry and must go, and bid her Good By'e
and she bid him good By'e, Deponent says he observed she
appeared very dejected, and her face seemed fallen away,
Says she talked to him very little, had not seen her before
for about three Weeks, says the Deced has lived with her
