Says that he afterwards saw the Wound in
Deced's Throat which Dept. believes to be the cance
of Deced's Death, That the Deced and his Boother
lived in a friendly and Loving manner together
That the Deced has at times during two months
which Dept. lived there appeared to be very low
Sprinted and lay much bad buit Dept. did not hear any came
assigned for it, Says that he found the Deced's
Bedchamber Door shut but not fastened
That he afterwards saw a Razor Bloody upon
the floor near the Deced, with which he
believes the Deced gave himself the Wound

Sarah Percival< no role > Chamber maid at the Green Park
Coffee house on her Oath saith, That yesterday about
Two o'Clock she heard Mr. Heath's Bell ring she
opened hid Badchamber Door (which was not
fastened) and went into the Room when the
Deced, who was in Bed desired Dept. to send up
the Waiter, the Deced then appearing to Dept.
to be very low Spirited, Says that the told
the Waiter who was then very Bessy and
did not go to the Deced. nor was any Person
afterwards in Deced's Room, as Dept. thinks, until
John Dana vall went in and found the Deced
dead upon the Floor, and Dept. believes that he
killed himself.

at the Green Park Coffee house in the Parish of St.
George Hanover Square on his Oath saith, That on
the 31.st day of March last the Deced came to said
Coffee house , his Brother being there before, and by
there ever since excepting one Night, in the same
Room, Says that the Deced lay in Bed on
Thursday last until about four o'Clock in the
Afternoon, and when he was Dressed want with
his Brother out to Dinner, That about One
o'Clock the next Morning they returned there
(from Rowleigh as Dept. was informed) with Mr.
Lewis. and Supped together, but Deced did not last afterwards
sat up untill near seven o' Clock, the Deced
crying a long time, and then Dept. put the
Deced to Bed, and afterwards put Mr. William
Heath
< no role > to another Bed in the same Room, Says that
yesterday about Twelve o' Clock on hearing the
Deced's Bell Ring Dept. went into his Room and
saw the Deced in his own Bed, and ordered a
Glass of Brandy which Dept. carried to him and
laid down by his Bedside, the Deced's Brother
being then goore out, Says that he did not see
the Deced afterwards, until he was informed
about three o' clock by Dannavall that the
Deced was dead, upon which Depent. went into
the Deced's Room and on the Floor saw him
lying dead on his Back, and much Blood upon
the Floor, That he saw a Ragor Bloody on the Floor
on the Right side of the Deced with which he
believes the Deced gave himself the Wound in the
Throat which caused his Death, Says that the
Deced has at times appeared to be low Spirited since
he came to Town this time, and that he was so
when Dept. took up the Brandy for him Yesterday.
