the Deced first went in he thought he sworn well, that
he seemed to Play in the Water before be Swam off, and
when he had Swam near across the Deceased to call, I'm
Drowned I'm drowned myself, Deponent did not see any
Person in the Water near the Deced, saw only a Man
on the Shore naked, Deponent then went to the Keeper for
a Boat, Deponent got the Boat and 2 or 3 People went
with him to the Place, but they did not then see him
2 Men jumped out of the Boat and dived in the Water but
without Success, Deponent is of Opinion that the Deceased
must have been sezied with the Cramp which occasioned his
being Drowned, and that it was quite accidental,

forenoon between 9 to 10 he saw the Deced floating in the In [..] ntine
River in Hyde Park and pulled him out
