Says that the Deced Swam towards the Shore
or Mill Bank, and desired Dept. to follow him
But Dept. not being able to Swim, he got hold of
the Boat and after some time, get into it, Says
that he called out for Assistance, and that a Boy
in a Boat on the Westemr Side of the River cryed
out have a good Heart and you will reach the Shore
Says that he did not afterwards see the Deced alive
And that the Boy and a Man same in a Boat
to Dept. and took him to the Shore at Lambeth
Says that there was no Person in the Boat with
the Deced and this Dept. when they Accidentally
fell into the River.

Bank Westmr. or his Oath saith That about three
o'Clock last Saturday Morning (Decr 21.) Depr. Being
in had and having a Man upon the Thames calling
out for half he got up and reived his Boat towards
[..] where he found in other Boat
desiring down with the Tide (being a Little after
high water) Say that [..] Mr. Brooks and
the Boat after it White Hart Stairs Lambeth ,
Says that he did not then see any thing of the Deced
until [..] Eight o'Clock in the same Morning when
he [..] the Deced lye upon in the Shore near Thames
[..] what Mill [..] Westmr. at high Water Mark
Says that some Men moved the Deced upon some
[..] Tanber there, and Deponent then saw that
he was dead and went to acquaint the Deced's
Mother that he was Drowned Says that Brooks
appeared to be in Liquor [..] when Dept. get to him
but soon after acquired after the Deced.
