to saythatwhether the Waggon or any one of the other Carrige's
passing run over him, says the Waggon went very slow, says
the Deced was lober, says he [..] heard some People say that
a Coach Run over him, some that the Waggon did, but he did
not learn with certainly how it was, says a great Quantity of
Blood came from his Head, Deponent assisted to carry him to the
said Hospital, says he did not speak and Died in about an hour

John Bothwell< no role > Servant to W. Richards Distiller in Piccadilly
on his Oath says that he passed the Waggon about 5 Minutes
before the Accident happened, when a Woman came running and said
that the Carriage had beat the Man down and he was all over
Blood and a dying, says when he passed the Waggon the Deced
was on the ground a Driving as he should do, when Deponent came
he saw the Deced lying near the Path, Deponent believes that the
Accident must have happened from some other Carriage, and not
from the Waggon, and he is of that Opinion because the Deced
was lying so for and of the Track of the Waggon, Deponent saith
that he could not learn with any of Certainly what carriage went
over the Deced.
