he went to Bed last Night, and believes that the
Deced hanged himself,

William Vernon< no role > at the Coach and Horses in Hill Street
on his Oath saith That the Deced frequented his House
about three Quarters of a Year last past, Says that he
observed the Deced's behaviour for about a fort night last
to be different from what it used to be, That the Deced
supped with Dept. last Night and looked very wild
and was much in Liquor and fell asleep in Dept.

Michael Cassady< no role > of Hart Street Covent Garden Chairman
on his oath saith That his Chair usually stands at the
Coach and Horses in Hill Street Birkley Square and that
he was there Yesterday Evening, That the Deced came in
after Ten o'Clock much in Liquor and after wards drank
part of a Pint of Beer with Dept. Says that they both
were going Out in order to go home about a Quarter
before Twelve o'Clock, when Dept. desired Deced to take
the Polls from the Chair, which he tho' in Liquor
did, and soon after the Deced went towards the
Stable where his Horses stood, and Dept. want home
and did not afterwards see the Deced alive.

Henry Husk< no role > Groom to his grace the Duke of Aneacts
in Berkley Square on his Oath saith That he usually
sleeps over the Duke's Stables in Farm Street Mews
(next to Mrs Crawleys Stable) Says that Peter Adams< no role >
came to Dept. this Morning about half an hour after
four desiring him to come down Stairs and saying thos
Frank had Hanged himself upon which he followed
Adams into the Stable and saw the Deced laid down
in the Stable with a Towell around his Neck which
appeared to have been Cut, the Deced being dead
Says that William Williams< no role > Coachman to the Duke and
Brother to the Deced desired Peter Adams< no role > to cut the
Deced down when he was told of his being hanging
and that said Adams and the Deced always lived
in great Harmony and Friendship as this Depont.
