Liberty of Westminster aforesaid, and brought be-
fore me, one of his Majesty< no role > 's Justices of the Peace for
the City and Liberty of Westminster aforesaid; and
taken before me this 20th. Day of June

This Examinant on h is Oath Says, That he is Twenty
Seven Years of Age was born in the Parish of
Maxfield in the County of Norfolk , that he has
not at any time whatsoever done any act whereby
