To wit. To the Constable, Headborough , Tythingman,
and other Officer of the Peace of the
Parish of St. George hanr. Square in the
Liberty of Westminster
within the saidto receive
and convey. And to the Church Wardens,
Chapel Wardens , or Overseers of the Poor
of the Parish, Place or Precinct of Roeboroughs
near Axbridge in the County of Somersett
or either of them to receive and obey

WHEREAS John Young< no role > was
apprehended in the Parish of St. George hanr. Square
as a Rogue and Vagabond (videlicet) there found wandering
and begging in the Parish aforesaid
and upon Examination of the said John Young< no role >
taken before me upon Oath (which
Examination is hereunto annexed) it doth appear that the place of the
last legal Settlement of the said John Young< no role >
is in the Parish of Roeborough near Axbridge in ye
County of Somersett

These are therefore to require you the said Constable, or other Officer,
to convey the said John Young< no role >
to the Parish of Egham in ye County of Surry that being the first
Parish or Town in the next Precinct, through which he ought to pass
in the direct Way to the said Parish of Roeborough to which
he is to be sent, and to deliver him to the Constable, or
other Officer of such Parish in such next Precinct, together with
this Pass, and the Duplicate of the Examination of the said
John Young< no role > taking his Receipt
for the same. And the said John Young< no role >
to be thence carried on in like Manner
to the said Parish of Roeborough
there to be delivered to some Church Warden, Chapel Warden, or Over-
seer of the Poor of the same Parish
to be there provided for according to Law. And you the said Church
Warden, Chapel Warden, or Overseer of the Poor, are hereby required to
receive the said Person, and provide for him as aforesaid. GIVEN
under my Hand and Seal this 12th Day of November
in the Year of our Lord 17 67
