ing, rioting, and abusing him, that he cannot enjoy the quiet Possession
of his Habitation, in Breach of his Majesty< no role > 's Peace, and for want of
Sureties Dated March 27, 1747.

Detained by the same, on Oath of the said William Birkhead, for insult-
ing, abusing, threatning, and interrupting the said Justice in the Exe-
cution of his Office, and swearing that there was not a Justice of Peace
but was a Rogue, and would take Bribes. Dated March 27, 1747.

the Tower without, whereof Complaint hath been made by the Over-
seers of the Poor for the said Liberty, She refusing to indemnity the
said Liberty, and for want of Sureties. Dated March 30, 1747.
