I Sr Thomas Clarges< no role > of Bart . one of his Maties: Justice
of the Peace for the Liberty of the Deane and Clarges of
the Collegiate Church of St. Peter Westminster , the City
Towne & Burrough of Westminster in the Country of Middlesex of
inhabiting in the said City & Liberty, and in Westminster Division
in the said Country, do a hereby to certifie to his Maties; Justices of
the peace to be assembled att the next genall quarter Session
of the peace held att Westmr in & for the said Liberty, that pu
to an Act of Parliament made in the second year of the regin of
the lab King William & Queen Mary Intituled An Act for paveing
cleansing the streets in the Citys of London and Westmr: and session
& Libertys thereof and out parishes in the County of Middlx in the
Burrough of Southwarke and other places within the weekly bill
mortality within the County of Surry and for regulating the marketts
George Street in the Parish of St. Martin in the fields in the
Liberty & County and also one other new street next adj
called Conduit street and one other new street or way
called Bond street made adjoyneing to the said street or way
Condict street all lienig & being in the said parish of
Martin in the feilds in the Liberty aforesaid and doe upon my said view adjudment
the said senall new street called Great George street
Condict street and Bond street & with the ground fronting & belonging
all the Senall Corner house belonging & adjoining to the
said sheet fitt & convenient to be paved with show
on both side the way the whole length & breath thereof
Given under my hand this third day of July Anno Din
