Feilds within the Liberty of Westmr and to

Whereas Robert Morley< no role > of Hide park near the
Falcon Distiller in the parish of St Martin aforesd
was this present day lawfully Convicted upon Oath of two credible [..]
and his own Confession before us for selling Brandy
and other distilled Liquors in his house by Retaile
not being lawfully lycensed according to the [..]
the Statute in that Case made by reason whereof
he hath forfeited to the poor of the said parish the [..]
Sume of Twenty shillings These are therefore to
require you or one of you to levy the said Twenty
shillings by Distraining the Goods and Chattells of
the said Robert Morley< no role > And in default of such Distress
and want of payment of the said Twenty Shillings
within Three days after such Distress taken, that the
you appraise and sell the same to satisfy the said
forfeiture And if the said Robert Morley< no role > shall
not have Sufficient Goods upon which the said
Twenty Shillings may be levyed and shall not pay the
same within Six days after the date hereof Tha
then you the said Constable Do openly whip or Cau [..]
the said Robert Morley< no role > to be Whipped for the said
Offence Hereof fail not Given under our hands and
Seales this Twenty Second day of July 1715
