Fine, Having since Represented tons, That Great part of the Lane
is Moory and Marshy Ground and other part Stony and poor:
but that the same is Capable of a Lasting Improvement by Digging
of Draines and Ditches, and by Lyme and Chalke, which will be a
great Charge and Expence, and cannot be Answered in so short a Terme
as One and Twenty, yeares He therefore desires an Addicon of Ten
Yeares and besides the Charge he must be at in Such Improvements
Proposes to Give the further sume of Two Hundred
Pounds to the Hospitall as a Fine Whereupon Wee Reccommend it
to this Court as our Opinion That We should be Inabled by the Order
of this Court to treat and Agree with the Said Mr. Craddock for such Addicon
of Yeares if upon further Inquiry and Consideracon Wee shall Judge it to
be for the Service of this hospitall.
