Bowling greene


And also a Lease of the Bowling greene house and lands about it
containing about Fifteene acres and an half (Except free liberty of
ingress egress and regress for men with horses carts and carriaged
through the premisses to and from a field in the tenure of the said
John Forman< no role > comonly called the Seaven acres and the lane comonly
called Moordon Lane ) be made to the said Madam Cook for like terme
comencing as aforesaid and at the yearly rent of Six Pounds and
for a fine of One hundred and Eighty Pounds And to be bound by
Covenant to digg gravell and sand only in the ground that had bin
formerly dug'd and is now digging and at thend of the terme leave
the same already dig'd or which Phalbe dig'd during the said terme
even and levell at thend thereof and not to digg in any other part
of the said lands.

And that another Lease of the Farme at Clopton and all the lands
about it and the lands in North Mill and South Millfields and in the
Marsh and Downes containing in all about Fifty acres or thereabouts
be made to the said Madam Cook for the like terme as aforesaid and at
the yearly rent of Ten pounds and for a fine of Three hundred
Pounds.

And likewise that another Lease of the field on the Westside of
Moore Streete containing about Five acres and an half be made to the
laid Madm. Cook for like terme as aforesaid and at the yearly rent of
Forty Shillings and for a fine of Seaventy Pounds.

And that a like Lease be made to her of the other field on the East
side of Moor Streete aforesaid containing about Fower acres for like
terme as aforesaid and at the yearly rent of Forty Shillings and for
a fine of Sixty Pounds.

All which said farmes and Parcells of land (with those granted to
the said John Forman< no role > as aforesaid) do make up all the lands of the said
Mannor And the severall rents to be reserved on the Leases to be so
made to the said Margarett Cook< no role > with that reserved on the Lease made
to the said John Forman< no role > do amount to and make up the ancient reserved
rent for all the said Severall fines sett to be paid by the said Madm. Cook as
aforesaid amounting in the whole to Twelve hundred and Sixty Pounds
we have agreed shalbe Paid as follows Vizt. Six hundred and Sixty Pounds
afor before Michaelmas next when the same Leases are to be Sealed
Three hundred Pounds more at or before Christmas day now next
ensuing and Three hundred Pounds residue and in full of the
said Twelve hundred and Sixty Pounds afor before Lady day then
following.

And we taking notice that the ancient burying Place of Patients
dying in the Hospitall scituate at the backend of this house is to filled
with Corps as scarce capable of receiving more and the new buildings
for receiving Patients to near if as if is conceived not convenient
to be longer to used We therefore think fitt that for the future the said
old burying place be laid aside and no more used for that Purpose and
in the roome thereof that the tofts of Severall little houses last held
by William Bates< no role > and Sarah Swannell< no role > (most of the houses being
