Mr. Treasurer Reported That Mr. Mason and
Mr Darby Propose only to Allowe Sixty Pounds for
Want of Repaires which are computed at £112.10s.
Ordered it be Referred to Mr Trear to Agree this
matter on the best Termes he can.

It is Referred to Mr. Trear to Settle the Presentmts.
for want of Repairing the Pavement in Kent Street
before the Houses late Masons which come to
£5.16s.8d. with Mr. Terry the Bailiffe of the Mannor
of VauxHall and Wallworth in the best manner he
can.

Mr. Edward Stone< no role > who lately proposed to Give a
Fine of £200. and the Rent of £40. P Ann Tax Free
for a Lease or Leases of the Houses and Ground in
Kent Street late Mason's for 51. Years and to Layout
£2000. within Five Years in Rebuilding Fifteen of
the said Houses in Front next the Street and Eight
lying in While Beare Alley And in Repairing the
Rest of the Houses now attended this Committee
and proposed an Addition of £50; to the Fine, which
was not thought Sufficient.

Mr. Bealman who lately proposed for the like
Lease of the same Houses and Ground to Give the
like Real of £40. P Ann Tax Free and to Lay out £1000
or upwards in New Buildings and Repaires now
proposes to add a Fine of 100. Guineas to his former
Offer which was not Approved.

Ordered the Letting of the said Estate in Kent Street be
Deferred till next Committee of which Mr. Stone and
Mr. Bealeman are to have notice.

The further Consideration of the matter relating to
Mr. Holder is Referred to the next Committee and
Mr. Gould who lately took a Survey of our Estate in
Mr. Houlder's Possession is to have Notice to attend their
Mr Fowler proposes £4 P Ann Tax free and £50
Fine for a Lease of 21. Years for Eight small Old Houses.
