& I am sorry to Receive the Treasurer's order for suing you
unless you forthwith Discharge the same I am Inform'd
that you have had very frequent Applications on this head
from the Counting House but without Effect.

Your Letter of the 30th Janry last to Mr. Rowbotham
was Yesterday put in my hands, in Answer to which,
as Austin has appotn'd to you for some Money on
account of that part of the Repair done by him, & at
the same time [..] swing Money to this Hospital for
Timber sold to him & others last Summer, I intirely
am of Opinion with you, that it will certainly be for
the best, to set of the Money due for the Timber, & to
Relea [..] him same on Accot. of his Bill for the Repairs
but by no means to discharge the whole of his Demand,
till such time the work has been Surveyed, & Ap-
proved ofI dont hear that we are in Wont of
any Malt, but when we are you will in all
probability, hear from
