Wrote to Mr. Tho. Hancock< no role > at Fulbourn in Cambridgeshire
to send 50 qurs of pale Malt

Wrote also to Mr. Simon Smith< no role > to acquaint him that
He might reserve the Payment of his Fine of £100, for
his Lease of the Farm at Helions Bumposed in Essex
'till Meds 1762 when both it and [..] a years Interest
will be Expected to be paid

Sir
I am Orderd to acquaint You that the Auditors upon
examining the Accounts of this Hospital found Year Rent
to be so much in An car that they were greatly Surprized
thereat And declared that they will not Suffot it to be so
They do insist that the Rent to Laday in each year, shall
be Paid on or before Christmans in that year. You will
then have three Qurs Rent in your hands enrich they
say is as much as any reasonable Tenant can desire.
It will not signify your pleading Custom to the Contrary
they are determined to have it so I shall therefore
expect, that the Rent to Laday last will shortly be
paid which will prevent further Trouble either to
yourself or to
