The Govrs. being informed by their Surveyor that the Farme
which you hold of this Hospital is much out of Repair have order'd
You should be acquainted that they expect the same to be put into
proper Repair forthwith according to the Covenants of yr. Lease
You will send an Answer with all convenient Speed to Sr.

have ordered me to acquaint You the unless You pay off some part
of it very speedily they must take proper Methods to secure the whole
And as Courts will be held next Month at Parndon I would
advise You to make a Payment before that time
