Mr. Treasurer having reced as Message from
In sometime ago, by Mr. Andrew's concerning the Hospll.
Water Rent, sent for Answer That He would wait on
you, in order to Settle that Affair if He Knew when You
were in Town And has now ordered me to acquaint you,
Sr., that He desires to know when it will be most agreeable
to You

Mr. Blake
This day I recd. from Mr. Bevan the two Accots. of
Carpenter's Work done by you at Pinner Park Farme And upon
comparing them the Difference appears to be £18..13..7 which
arises principally from the Difference of Prices in the following
Articles Vizt.

For Framing the Roof & Carces of the Barne Mr. Bevan allows 10s you change 12s.
