As the Hospl. Farme at Pinner is Lett, & the Govrs. are about
settling the Accounts of that Farme, They desire to know when it will
be agreeable to You to pay off that Bill which their Servant has brought
into the Account as due from you.

I Reced yrs. for which I return you many
thanksI look upon my self and the Gentlemen of the Hospital
greatly obliged to you for the Pains you have taken and the Informa=
=tion you give us. I always thought Hancock a good Tenant, but
having reced such an accot: of what he had done, it was reasonable
should make an Enquiry into it, and from what you write continue
still to have the same good Opinion, which desire you would
please to acquaint him withallshould be glad of any
Opportunity whereby I may shew how much

Mr. Treasurer has seen yours of the 18th. inst. wherein
You write that you have mark'd six Harriots which you find by the
Rentroll to be due on the death of Mr. John Rooms Mr. Treasurer
has order'd me to acquaint you that he leaves it interily to you to
treat & agree with Mr Broom's Son about the Harriots in the
best manner you can for the Interest of the Hosptl.
