Middlesex


We two of His Majesty's Justices of the peace acting in and
for the County of Middlesex Do hereby Certify that the within named
John Graves< no role > and Elizabeth< no role > his Wife were this day brought before Us
by the Overseers of the poor of the Parish of St. Pancras in the said County
for the purpose of himself and his Wife being removed by virtue
of the within Order But it duly appearing to us that the within
named Elizabeth Graves< no role > is not in a state of health to be removed
without danger We do hereby suspend the execution of the within
Order until we are satisfied that the said Elizabeth Graves< no role > can
be removed with safety and until our permission for the
execution of the said Order shall be obtained and indovsed
thereon pursuant to the statute in that case made Given under our
Hands the Twelfth day of April 1799 .

We do hereby permit the within named Paupers to
be removed pursuant to the directions within set forth And We
also direct the Churchwardens and Overseers of the within
namedParishHamlet of Gosford in the Parish of Riddlington
to pay to the Churchwardens and Overseers of the poor of the
within named Parish of St. Pancras or to one of them the
sum of Two pounds five Shillings being the Charges proved
upon the Oath of one of the Overseers of the poor of the said
Parish of St. Pancras to their been [..] by the [..]
written Suspension Given under our hands and Seals the
Seventh. day of June 1799.

of the within named Hamlet of Gosford
in the Parish of Kiddlington
