The Examination of Thomas Kelly< no role > a
Rogue & Vagabond taken before me this
27th. day of June 1798 .

Who being on Oath says that he is about Thirty
five years of Age was born at Capel in the County of
Sussex and bred a Shoemaker . That about Six years
ago he rented a Shop and Bed room in last Street
Manchester Square [..] in the Parish of Saint
Mary le bone in the said County for Three Quarters of
a Years at the yearly Rent of Eighteen Pounds, And
that since he quitted the same hath not done any
act whatever whereby to gain a Settlement in
any Parish or Place.
