That your Petitioner was on or about the
Thirteenth day of August last past convicted by

one of His Majesty's Justices of the Peace
for the said County for permitting and suffering more
than Six Persons To wit Eight persons at one and the same
Time to go and ride as outside Passengers on the Roof
or Top of a certain Stage Coach known by the name of
The Maidenfread Marlow and London Stage Coach at the
Parish of Chiswick
in the County of Middlesex
going
and travelling for hire, on the Thirteenth day of July
Contrary to the form of the statute in such case made
and provided And your Petitioner conceiving himself
aggrieved thereby Doth humbly pray to be permitted
to appeal from such Conviction And that you will
please to appoint a day for that purpose
