Thomas Edward Sherwood< no role > of Furnivals Inn in the City of London
Gentleman maketh Oath and saith, that he this Deponent did
on the seventh Day of July instant see Mary Tingate< no role > of Back Hill
in the Parish of Saint Andrew Holborn in the County of Middlesex
the above named Prosecutrix, sign and seal and as her Act and
Deed in due from of Law deliver the for going General Release
and this Deponent further saith that the Name Thos. Edwd
Sherwood
< no role > thereto set and subscribed as the Witness at testing the
Execution thereof by the said Mary Tingate< no role > is the proper Name
and Hand Writing of this Deponent
