Who Saith That Some Time in the Spring of this
Year a Person Calling hereof Ann Simmonds< no role >
who lived with her Husband at Potters Bar
came to his House For some Eatables and not
having Money to pay for the same Left a Cloth
Cloak now Produced as a Pledge For the Same
That on the First Day of his present Month of August
James Collier< no role >
came to him to Esquire
of him For
a Constable to take the said Ann Simmonds< no role >
into
Custody For Stealing some Linen From his Mother
that he this Deponent being Constable went with
him For that purpose [..] upon Searching of her
Lodging he Found a Coloured Hand kerchief now
Produced which the said James Collier< no role >
affirmed
to be his Mothers Property
