N.B. Brought to my House 21st July was so bad the next Morning as not to be
able to go with the other Paupers (with a fever & ague as he said) Order'd him
Mirt & Beaume Tea
etc he being very delirious the next night sent for advice
on Examination found he has had a violent blow on the back part of his head
which the Surgeon imagin'd had injured the Brain Applyed to the Parish officers
of Islington
to get him into the Workhouse
or Hospital
not being able to get him
into the Hospital he was sent into the Workhouse
23 July in the Evening
Coach Hire Extra Trouble etc
Not Receiving any Benefit in the Workhouse
he was sent to the Hospital
again and Admitted on the 27th July and remain'd there till the 16th Novr. and
was sent on in his Way to Ireland
on the 20th. of Novr. 1785
