Thomas Vaughan< no role > for himself further saith that he did on the Day of

Instant wait upon the said John Haines< no role > from
This Grace the Duke of Northd the Custos Rotulorum [..]
and did by his Graces Order communicate to the saidMr John Haines< no role >

[..] That he the sd. Haines is not nor even was in the Comm [..]
of the Peace for Westmr. and that the Name John Haynes< no role >
in the last Commns. was designed as a description & appointmt. of
Mr John Haynes< no role > who formerly lived in Bedford Row & now
resides at Cranford in Middx-To which Mr. Haines returned
this Deponents for Answer that he should continue to act
as a Magistrate until the Lord Chancellor shall think proper
to remove him And this Dept. for himself
Saith That on the Day of Instant
he this Deponent did receive from Mr John Haines< no role > or
from his Clerk in his Office is Chapple Street
Westmr. in the Presence of Mr HainestheWarrant
of which the Annexed is a true Copy which Warrants was as this Deponent [..] by the said John Haines< no role > he this Dept [..] this [..] have frequently seen [..]
said Mr John Haines< no role > directed this Deponents to
execute the same And to take care to levy
Sufficients to pay the Appraisen & other Psons
