Within the Hundred of Ossulston , in the said County.

WHEREAS the Sheriff of the County of Middlesex hath produced and shewn
to us, William Mainwaring< no role > , Esquire, and the Reverend Sir George Booth< no role > ,
Baronet, two of his Majesty's Justics of the Peace for the said County, one
whereof being of the Quorum, residing within the said Hundred of Ossulston,
in the said County, a certain Writ of Execution, issuing out of the Court
of King's Bench , at Westminster , at the Suit of ARTHUR ANNESLEY< no role > , Esquire, tested
the forth Day of July last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of the Goods
and Chattles, in his Bailiwick, of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulston, in the
said County of Middlesex , he cause to be made Five Thousand Seven Hundred and ninety-one
Pounds, which to Arthur Annesley< no role > , Esquire, in the same Court, were lately ad-
judged for his Damages which he had sustained, as well for that divers Persons, to
the Number of twelve and more, being unlawfully, riotously, and tumultuously
assembled together, to the Disturbance of the Public Peace, after the last Day of
July, in the year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and fifteen, to wit, upon
the Sixth Day of June, in the Year of our Lord one Thousand Seven Hundred and
eighty, with Force and Arms, at the Parish of Saint George, Bloomsbury , within the
said Hundred of Ossulston, in the County aforesaid, did unlawfully, riotously, and tu-
multuously demolish and pull down great Part of a certain Dwelling-house and
certain Out-houses of the said Arthur Annesley< no role > , situate and being in the said Parish of
Saint George, Bloomsbury , within the said Hundred of Ossulston, in the County aforesaid,
as also for his Costs and Charges by him about his Suit in that Behalf expended,
whereof Robert Gapper< no role > and John Pugh< no role > , two of the Inhabitants of the said Hundred
of Ossulston, in the County aforesaid, were convicted. AND WHEREAS due Proof,
upon Oath, hath been made to us, that the just and necessary Expences which
the said Robert Gapper< no role > and John Pugh< no role > , as Inhabitants of the said Hundred, have
been at in defending such Action, ahve been taxed by the proper Officer of the
Said Court at, and Amount to the Sum of Eleven Pounds Seventeen Shillings and
Four-pence.

AND WHEREAS the said Sheriff hath produced and shewn to us a certain other Writ
of Execution, issuing out of the same Court, at the Suit of JAMES COLLINGS< no role > ,
tested the fourth Day of July last; whereby the said Sheriff is commanded, that of
the Goods and Chattles of the Men inhabiting in the Hundred of Ossulston, in his County,
he cause to be made One Hundred and five Pounds and ten shillings, which to
James Collings< no role > , in the same Court, were lately adjudged for his Damages by
him sustained, by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and tumultuous assembling of
divers Persons, to the Number of twelve and more, at the Parish of Christ Chruch,
in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, and there unlawfully, felo-
niously, and with Force wholly demolishing and destroying a Dwelling-house of the
said James, situate and being in the Parish of Christ Church aforesaid, in the said County,
and in the said Hundred of Ossulston; and by Reason of the unlawful, riotous, and
tumultuous assembling of divers other Persons, to the Number of twelve and more,
at the said Parish of Christ Church , in the said County, and in the said Hundred of
Ossulston, and there unlawfully, feloniously, and with Force demolishing Part of another
Dwelling-house of the said James, situate and being in the Parish of Christ Church
aforesaid, in the said County, and in the said Hundred of Ossulston, whereof Leonard
Phillips
< no role > and Henry Capel< no role > , two of the Inhabitants of the Hundred of Ossulston aforesaid,
in the said County, were convicted. AND WHEREAS due Proof, upon Oath hath
been made to us, tha the just and necessary Expences which the said Leonard Phillips< no role >
and Henry Capel< no role > , as Inhabitants of the said Hundred of Ossulston, have been at in de-
fending such Action, have been taxed by the proper Officer of the said Court at and
Amount to the Sum of Thirteen Pounds eighteen Shillings and Eleven-pence.
