Middlesex to wit


The Information of James Frazier< no role >
and William Stobbart< no role >
now under a Commitment New prison
Clerkenwell taken before me One of
His Majestys Justices of the Peace
for the said County

Who being upon Oath saith that he the said James Frazier< no role > was Committed
is the New prison Clerkenwell on Monday last about
three o Clock in the afternoon with one William Stobbart< no role >
On Suspicion of Stealing Sead that as soon as her
was put among the rest of the Prisoners in the said
Prison he this Informant was Seized hold of by
Patrick Madan< no role > This name instance is in set 2639. a prisoner and in the great four
and Violence them into a large Tub of fillby
mine and kept thereby him for the space of a
Minute and struck him several Violent Blows about
the face and Breast and this informants fellow
prisoner William Stobbart< no role > was likewise served
the same And further saith that the next Morning
three other prisoners came up into the Ward where
this Informant & his compans in was confined and
took a pair of Shoes from of this Informants feet
which were almost new

And this Informant William Stobbart saith
that he was Committer with the other Informant
on Monday last to New prisons and as soon as he
went in among the other prisoners Patrick [..]
seiged hold of him and put him in to a large J [..] b of
[..] Urine & pept him there until he was near
being suffocated declaring they would serve every soldier
