Middlsex


To the Worshipful His Majestys Justices for the said
County of Middlesex in their General Session of the peace
assembled.

The humble petition and Appeal of the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the poor of the Parish of Warborough in
the County of Oxford.

Sheweth


That by Virtue of an Order or pass Warrant under the
Hands & Seals of William Hyde< no role > and William Rugge< no role > Esquires hearing
Date the Twenty Ninth Day of November 1781 now last past
Susannah Rymes< no role > was removed from the parish of Saint
George Hanover Square within the Liberty of Westminster and
County of Middlesex to the Parish of Warborough in the County
of Oxford as the place of Her [..] last legal Settlement
whereby your Petitioners think themselves aggrieved.

Your Petitioners therefore Appeal against
the said Order or Pass Warrant And pray
that Your worships will appoint some Day
in the present Session for the Churchwardens
and Overseers of the Poor of the said Parish
of Saint George Hanover Square to appear
before you taken and abide the Judgement
and determination of this Court touching this
appeal

And Your Petition Shall ever pray etc
