I have Just now a letter from Mr Chambers that her
thinks Moses Neve (not Negroes as you call him) is
Yepropperson most proper to be Constable of Hanwor [..]
the other 3 having all Served before, wherefore
I desire that Moses Neve< no role > may be ye Man, I am
