was brought to my house Saturday the 5th
of December after his been dress'd at the West-
minster Infirmary, I found three wounds
on the head, the Skull laid bare by one, the
whole head, neck, & face, Swelled to agreat
degree, the left Aran, broke, alarge wo [..]
on the Elbow, the Inflamation, of the head
neck & face encreas'd, friday the 11th he began
to be delarious, the next day it increasd, a
Sunday Night he expired, I beleive owing to
the wounds bruises, & fracture he receav'd.
