the whole family at Epping are a very
idle set of people & he lyes under
Suspicion of many had practices, but
I know nothing particular against him
He is certainly a very bad fellow &
I have reason to imagine by report
that he is concerned in many of the
Robbins committed in this Neighbourhood
but have never yet been able to
fix any thing upon him.
