The Information of James Latham< no role > Elizabeth
Dodd
< no role > Mary Moore< no role > and Mary Richard< no role > and
George Fatheringham< no role > taken before me
One of his Majesty's Justices of the
Peace for the County aforesaid.

Who being upon Oath say and first the said Jas Latham< no role > for himself
saith that he was intrusted with a Metal Watch [..] and
a Cotton Gown and Trolloppee (now produced) by the other Informant
Elizabeth Dodd< no role > and which said Kings were safe in this Informants
House at Cold Harbour in the Parish of Finchley in the sd County
and saith thaton the Twenty Fifth day of March last at Five
O' Clock in the Evening at which time a Person who is now present
and calls himself John Plackett< no role > came to this Informants House
And this Informant his Wife and the said Plackett went to the Swan
And two Necks a Public House near this Informts. Dwelling House
And after staying there an hour and ½ the said Plackett made
an Excuse to go out to make Water and this Informt. saw no more
of the said Plackett till be was apprehended for felony when he
saw him on this day fortnight in Bridewell at Clerkenwell [..]
John a PlacketAnd saith that upon his Return Home from the said
Public House abrt. 8 o' Clock he found his Window open and
the above Goods stole out of his said House And this Informt.
further saith that when he was at Bridewell to see the said
Plackett he told this Informant in the Presence of the other
Informants Dodd that he was the Person who had taken the said
Things and informed them where he had Pawned and sold
