before and haveing the business of the house
to do I sat with them till one Clock Mid
-night when I had an Opportunity to See Mr
Sibsons distress with the Violent Coughing
Spitting and Purgeing which Prevented his
haveing any rest while I was there

12th

My daughter getting better was able next day
to wait on Mr. Sibson herself and about Friday or
Saturday they went out in the Chaise together And
Returning Mr. Sibson found himself much fatigned
and weak but always thought the Air would do
him good and they Continued to go out Severall
days without sending himself any better for it,
which I always Communicated to Mr. Sibson from
Windsor when he came to mo house

19th

On Monday Mr. Tyrrell call'd & found Mr. Sibson
Setting in the Garden, And told him (as I have
been informdthat he Mr. Sibson was then a
good date better And Mr. Tyrell said he should
not come any more till Thursday And desir'd
in the Interion Mr. Sibson would come to Windsor
and See him for the ride would do him goods
But Mr. Tyrell afterwards declard his reason was
because he was Subpena'd on a Jury at Newbury

20th

Tuesday Mr. Sibson was much worse to all
appearance notwithstanding he Eat one Mutton
Chop & Some Colliflower to dinner & drank best
Part of a Pink of Ale in my Sight but termbled
so all the time he Eat That he could Saree get it
to his monthwhich was the first Victuals he
had eat,except a bill of Chicken the Week before
Searee was the Victuals out of his month till he
use & Said to his WifeSeance You have made
me drunk I believe the Ale was too much for
from As it was the frist he had drunk & the last
the went immediatly up to bed & laid downs
done
