being upon Oaths says that there were since Thursday last was [..] night Feloniously taken and
Carryed away out of an Empty house in Angel Street
St. Martins Le Grand
a great quantity of Ram
and Brandy to the [..] amount as he verity beleives of
upwards of Fifty Gallons, the property of this Informant.

being upon Oath says that on Thursday last a little
before Seven o' Clock in the Morning he saw there Persons come out of house
next but one to Mr. Masons in Angel Street
aforesaid, one of which is now-
present who calls himself Benjamin Hill< no role >
whom he positively saw hold the Door
whilst the other two came out [..] with Baggs upon their books which
appeared to this Informt. as if they contained Casks to hold Spirituous-
Liquors, this Informt. Smelling it as the two Men went along the Street,
And this Informt. says that a person now present who calls himself John
Sherman< no role >
he verily believes to beoneanother of the three persons who came out of the
said house with a Bagg upon his back, both as to the appearance of his Person
and Cloathes, and more particularly that he saw the said John Sherman< no role >
return
to the said house in company with Benjn. Hill< no role >
in less than a Quarter of an hour
