the County of Middlesex maketh Oath and Saith that one William
Taylor
< no role > was Committed to his Custody the Seventh Day of July last past
by John Tall< no role > Esqr. on a Dissent Inspison of being concerned with
Another parson (not Yet taken) in Feloniously Stealing out of the
House of one Mr: Bellamy a Silver Watch his property to be
these S [..] Kept and to be further Examined And this Deponent
further Saith that the aforesaid William Taylor< no role > together with one
Elford Mills< no role > and Thomas Kempton< no role > two other Prisoners in this
Deponents Custody did on Wednesday the Second Day of August last
past in the Night time make their Escape from and out of the Said
Prison (Eash in their Irons) against the Will of him this Deponent
by getting over the Wall of the Said Prison with the help of Ropes
and other Instruments which said Elford Mills< no role > and Thomas
Kempton
< no role > are since no taken by him this Deponent at his
Peat Care Industry Expence and Vigilance And this Deponent
further Saith that he hath Used and still is Wing his
Utmost Endeavours to Apprehend and take the ward William
Taylor
< no role > and also will Indcit him before the End of this present
Sessions for the felonious Escape of himself out of and from
the said Prison and form the Custedy of him this Deponent
