Who on his Examination on Oath Saith that some time
about Chirstmas gone Twelve Months this Examinant
together with Thomas Dollar< no role >
Patrick Camel< no role >
and James
Galougher< no role >
agreed together to goe and Robba Publick
house between Ivery Barn and Hornsey wood
that it was
Agreed that Cammell should goe before to the house
and bring them Intelligence how Affairs Stood and they wood
wait for him under a hedge hard by for that Purpose
Accordingly this Examinant Dollar and Galougher went
to the place Appointed about 8 o Clock at Night and there
waited about an hour before Cammel came to them
when he Informed them every thing was ready whereupon
they went to the house and found the Door open and all
went in Dollar Seased the Man of the house and demand [..]
what he had whereon he pulled a Watch out of his
Pockett and some Silver and gave him that thereupon
they Bound the Man of the house and another man
that sit by the fire together with 4 or 5 Women and
went to rumage the house where they found a Red Cloak
in the Middle Room a Green Purse with two Guineas
and a half in Gold in [..] a Box or Chest of Drawers
a Parcell of Linnen a Sword and two Guns which they
took a way with them but the Guns proveing Cumber Some
to them they there them into the River the Rest of the
things they carryer of to this Examinants Lodgeings
at a Widow
Womans in New Gravil Lane
near Ratclif
high Way where they Divided their Spoyl.
That about a Month or five Weeks ago this
Examinant with sd Dollar together with John
