for himself saith that he now Attend

is now Confined
And very bad Disorder in his foot and ley And that his foot is Mortify
in so much that the Said Charles Lacey< no role >
almost without great
Danger of his life come to London on any Account whatever
And the Deponent Richard Brusby for himself saith that he ver [..]
well remembrs a Person who lodged some time in the Month of
December One thousand Seven hundred and forty five at the house
of the said Charles Lacey< no role >
in Highgate
aforesaid for some short time
and who then and there as this Deponent hath heard went by
the Same of William Waterson Walters< no role >
and who as this Deponent
has been informed called himself by several other Names
in different parts of this Kingdom Particularly by the Names
of Crosby< no role >
Cox< no role >
and Courtenay< no role >
but whose real thence as this
Deponent has heard is Godfrey< no role >
, And Says that he has lately See
the same Person so Described as aforesaid and who lodged at the
said Charles Lacey< no role >
's as aforesaid, in Newgate a Prisoner there
And says he is the same Person who as this Deponent was
Informed and veryly believe has been Committed on Suspicion
of taking from the said Charles Lecey a large Sum of Money
when he lodges at his house as aforesaid.
