of his late Majesty King George the first intitled
an Act to oblige Papists to register their Names and
real Estates do by this present Writing under my
Hand desire you or one of you to register or cause
to be registered my Name and Estate in the County
of Middlesex
in the manner and words following Vizt:
A piece or Parcel of Ground in the
Parish of Saint Mary
Le bone otherwise Mary bone
in the County of
Middlesex
being part of Field heretofore known by
the Name of Mill-Hill Field
and containing from
South to North in the East and West End twenty one
Feet of assize or thereabouts little more or less and
in Depth from East to West on the South Side [..]
one hundred and forty five feet and on the North
Side one hundred and forty nine Feet of assize little
more or less and one double Brick Messuage or
Tenement built upon the whole Front of the said
piece or parcel of Ground towards a Street called
Wellbeck Street
and the Stables Coach house and
Appurtenances to the said Messuage or Tenement and premisses
belonging or in anywise Appertaining which
said premisses are in my own possession and I am
possed thereof for the Remainder of a Term of Eighty
five Years which by Indenture bearing Date the
Seventh Day of August One thousand Seven hundred
and thirty five
