in their Genl all Quarter Sessions Assembled

In Pursuance of the within menconed Order We whose
Names are hereunto Sett being a Quorum of his Majties Justices of the Peace
for the County of Middx appointed to take an Account of the Trears & High
Constables of this County (to whom the Consideration of the sd Peticon is refe [..]
have Perused & inspected the Annexed Certificates & likewise the Report of their
Justices of the peace hereunto Annexed (resideing in Ux bridge Division) And Do
find by the sd annexed Certificates, of allowances Reports of the Justices & Affid [..] that the
Petrs. has Expended & laidout for the passing & releiving of Vagrants the P Sum
of light pounds four Shillings with. yor Comittee humbly Certify ought to
of Eight Pounds four Shillings wth. yor Comittee humbly Certifye ought to
be paid to the sd Petrs all wth: wth: yor sd. Comittee humbly Certifyes to
this Court Dated the 22d day of September 1736
