I have reced yours and am Sorry Mr. Serjant
Raby (who was the first occasion that this matter
was brought to the Sessions, is not able to give us his
Assistance mist, for I doe find there will be an
Immence trouble and difficulty in settling of it; for
Since the act was made which was in the 3:04 We Mr
I find our Session have done nothing mist, nor doe I
find any other County has putt it in Execution exept
the West rideiny of York them who in the 5th of Q:st
did Settle the rates of Land carriage to those party from
London; Butt I doe think wee should at West master
one houre before the Sessions which I believe may deter=
=mine for the present the utmost wee shall be
able to doe in; it therefore I can be sure of haveing 3
or 4 Gent upon 5 or 6 dayes notice to meet me at H: Hall
I will come to town on purposs to waite on them Mr
Jefferyes and 2 or 3 other of the Comitts are near ye Halls
