Assize in hisBread, Beer, Ale, or other Exciseable
Liquors be duly kept; and no unlawfull Games,
Drunkenness, or any other Disorder suffer'd in
hisHouse, Yard, Garden, or Backside; but that
good Order and Rule be maintain'd therein, accord-
ing to the Laws of this Realm in that Behalf made
and provided: For the due Observance whereof,
the said Victualler hath now enter'd into Recogni-
