The matter of the peticon of Richard webb< no role > comeing on to
be heard & deter mined by this Court, which peticon
settsforth that the Petr. by Indenture of apprenticehood
beareing date the nineteenth day of September anno-
Dui one thousand seven hundred & nineteen became-
[..] Apprentice to William Wills< no role > of Dinton in the-
County of Bucks Kersy Weaver for the terme of
[..] seven yeares, And that the Petr. served the sd.-
William Wills< no role > one Yeare, and was then turned over
to one John Taylor< no role > of St. Mary Islington in this County
Limnen Weaver for the remainder of his time, And
that the said John. Taylor< no role > for these Sixteen weeks past
or there abouts hath absconded by reason of debt soe
that the Petr. is not allowed provision or instructed his
trade, and hath been oblidged to his Friends for
support, And the Petr. there fore prays that he may
be discharged from his apprenticehood, Now upon
heareing of what was alledged by the Petr. & Mr. Corbett
his Councell & alsoe by Mr. Baynes of Councell for the
said John Taylor< no role > , And upon examinacon of severall
persons upon their Oaths touching the Premisses This
Court doth not see any Sufficient reason for dischargeing
the Petr. from his said apprenticehood But is of opinion
