in Hayes in the sd. County

Sheweth

That by an Order under the Hands & Seales of Samuel
Perry< no role > & Samuel Newton< no role > Esqrs : two of His Maties Justices of the
Peace for the sd. County (Quor unus) bearing Date the 28th. Day of
November last Martha< no role > the wife of Adam Hannah< no role > & her there
Children Viz Mary< no role > aged about nine years & eight months William< no role >
aged about two years & Hester< no role > aged about two months the
Lawfull Issue of the said Adam Hannah< no role > & Martha< no role > his wife
were removed from the parish of St. Mary White Chappell in
the said County to the sd. parish of Hayes as the place of the Cash
legall Settlemt. of the said Martha Hannah< no role > (the sd. Adam Hannah< no role >
being a Foreigner & his Settlemt: unknown)

Yor Petrs: think themselves aggrieved by the
Judgmt. of the sd: two Justices appeale to this
Court & humbly pray that the Churchwardens
& Overseers of the Poor of the sd. parish of
St: Mary White Chappell & all other Psons
concerned may be Ordered to attend this
Court some day this Sessions to hear & abide
the Judgmt: & determinacon of this Court
touching this Appeale
