Imbezilld stoln & purloyn'd out of his Shop & Stable at Hamstead
aforesd.& Suspects & verily beleiver that the Same were Imbezilld
Stoln & purloyn'd out of his Sd. Shop & Stable by one Robert

abot. this Deponts. House & Shop & that afterwards upon further
Enquiry & Search this Dept found the Sd. Irons belonging to the
Timber Jack two Old Spade's & Sewall other pieces of Old Iron
so Stoln from this Dept as aforesd. in the Custody & possion of
William Garrett< no role > of Hamstead aforesd. Shopkeeper who owned
to this Dept that He bought the same of the Sd. Robert Davis< no role >
& beleives that the Sd. Wm. Garrett< no role > bought the same for a smale
Sum of mony & much under the value there of & that the Sd. Garrett
must needs & now that the same were Imbezilled & Stoen
