an Indictmt. for an Assault on the Defts Robt. Crane< no role > & was thereupon
without being Carryed before any Judge or Justice Altho the Said
John Cattell< no role > Demanded the Lame hurryed to the Poultrey Counter
was there Charged with an Action of £500 at the Deft. Wynns Suite
And alsoe Charged with another Action at the Deft. Allens Suite
And Further Saith that the Sd Cattell doth now remaine a prisonr.
in the Fleet Prison at the Suite of the Sd. Allen & Wynn< no role > And this
Dept. Further Sayth that Elizabeth< no role > wife of the Sd. John Cattell< no role >
is now very Ill at her house at Greenhouse in Kent and is not
