That your Peticoners are the Prsent Scavengers of and for the Liberty of
Church End and Hexton in the Parish of St. Leonard Shoredith in the County
of Middx that the officers and Inhabitant have rated and attested a book
for your Peticoners to Collect, but the Same being not attested according to a
pound Rate the greatest part of the Inhabitants refuse to pay

The Prmisses Considered your Peticoners humbly pray
your Worpps to grant them Such releife therein
as to your grase wisdoms Shall Seen meet
