Robt Perryman< no role > one of her Majties. Justices of the Peace
[..] for the sd County and Liberty on Friday the
14th. day of October 1709

This Examt. Confesseth on Wednesday the fifth day of October 1709 she
this Examt. Privately tooke out of the Chair of taken Eliveke and George
Bateman< no role > partners in Golden Square a Callicoe Cover and a Cushion belonging
to the sd. Chair and Sold the same to one Ann Butt< no role > for Eleven pence
and that on Saturday Night following she this Examt. Stole out of a
Chair in Kings hall St. James a red flowered Velvett Chuchion being the
Goods of one Thomas Swan< no role > and sold the same to one Mary Cole< no role >
a Pawn Broker in Cross Lane St. Martin for the price of Six pence
and the this Examt. further Confesseth that the hath stole several
other Cushions or Seate and sold the same to a Pawn broker in Castle Street
and further saith not.
